Testimonials

During my PPL training  i have been using AviAdmin. I can highly recommend the system as it was not only supporting me with the booking of flight time but also kept track of my progress, medical, cost of the training etc.

The AviAdmin was implemented during my training period at the pilot school. Before the implementation I was sincerely struggling with the planning of flying hours as I had to call or mail the office of Phoenix who thereafter contacted trainers and checked availability of aircraft’s – all manually. A few days after I was informed about possible training slots via email. With a schedule as busy as mine, it was pretty difficult to manage bookings that took days to get confirmed and in many instances I simply had to cancel the new bookings because my calendar in the meanwhile was filled. With the AviAdmin portal solution I logged on, checked my own calendar and free training slots and booked immediately. It saved me a lot of time especially because I could do the booking off-working hours.

“Kristian Hartvig Stiesmark is operating a number of companies which spans from wine production in Italy to IT security product manufacturing in Denmark and real estate business in East Africa. Due to his many travelling days Kristian decided to get a PPL certificate thereby being able to fly out to some of his locations

AviAdmin software was used by a pilot school, where I was Compliance Monitoring Manager & Safety Manager.  For the daily operations I had great advantage of the system. It was easy to monitor the progress in the school continuously and to monitor if the school kept compliance with the regulations and I could do that at any time and anywhere in the world which is a big plus. Reports of irregularity were kept in the system which made it possible to keep track on the safety of the school.

Manuals are stored in the system and it is possible to give the Authority access to the manuals. This avoids sending manuals in hard copy. It is my opinion that the management, instructors and students had big advantage as it is possible to book lesson, aircraft etc. direct in the system – and use the portal for operational planning and many other features. I can only highly recommend AviAdmin for any school to implement for overall usage, compliance and safety.

With the intelligent access level system, a school can easily be structured to any specific user access, and in my case the admin setup lets my TKI’s add the specific ground courses, giving me the opportunity to oversee their work instead – and opens time for me to focus on my other tasks as Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor like the attendance reports that my TKI’s make after every class, making sure students participated classes as required

The data was put into each user in system so I can see all subjects attended, calculating the percentage of participation, and with a few clicks in the user overview, check if an student were allowed to proceed or not, acting as a failsafe in the compliance part of my function. Working as an airline pilot, besides being CTKI and doing flight instructions, the flexible easy to use calendar system made it possible for me to be much more available than It would with regular booking by a flight dispatcher, giving me full control of my calendar.

All the features of the site, the fact students can find everything they need online easily, and also because of the social part of site, then I highly recommend AviAdmin to any school or company, for a more structured, efficient fully complaint setup.
